Booking & Cancellation Policy

Consultation Requirements

For all new clients and those who haven’t visited us in over 12 months we begin with a comprehensive consultation. During this session, we will discuss your concerns, assess your skin, and design a personalised treatment plan tailored to your goals.

Our skin consultations are $50, which is fully redeemable toward any treatment you book with us. If you choose not to proceed with treatment, the consultation fee is non refundable.

Deposit Policy

​

To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit is required and will be charged to your card at the time of booking. This deposit is redeemable at your treatment appointment or can be kept on file for future bookings.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

​

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

• Missed appointments without notice will incur a $50 no show fee, in addition to forfeiting your deposit.
